The Drawdown will be a source of income to El Dorado Irrigation District

Absent from EID’s plan  is any discussion of how the revenues generated from the hydroelectric power generated from the drawdown will be used to re-establish the water level at Caples Lake needed to preserve recreation and the monies to re-establish the fisheries.
